About IPv4XI
IPv4 Exchange International has brokered IPv4 transfers since 2014, matching organisations that hold address space with those that need it, and managing the transfer through to completion.
The registries record transfers. Somebody has to arrange them.
Most holders of IPv4 space do not know who is buying this month or what a fair price is; most buyers do not know where the clean blocks are. We do. We keep a live picture of demand and supply across RIPE, ARIN, APNIC and LACNIC, we know which buyers can absorb a /16 and which sellers will split a /18 into /21s, and we handle the registry paperwork for both sides. We never identify you or your company to anyone until you decide to proceed.

Legacy specialists
Pre-RIR (legacy) ranges have different rules and different value. We have handled them since the start.
-
One broker, start to finish
The person who quotes your block is the person who closes your transfer.

No obligations until there is a deal
RIPE member via a sister company, formerly a RIPE-recognised broker, ARIN-registered transfer facilitator.
Telling us about a block, or a requirement, costs nothing. Depending on the situation we may ask you to sign an NDA, and for some mandates an exclusivity agreement, before we go to market; our fee – a percentage of the sale, depending on block size and complexity – is only due when a deal closes. the escrow fee is shared between buyer and seller. Inter-RIR transfers – ARIN to RIPE, APNIC to RIPE – are part of the normal service.
-
Speed
Sellers: most blocks we take on go to buyers who are already on our list, so there is no waiting for someone to find a listing. Buyers: we usually know where a block of the right size is.
-
Pricing
We quote from transactions that are actually closing, not from published asking prices. You tell us your floor or ceiling; we tell you whether it is realistic.

Service
A single point of contact, reachable by phone, for the whole transaction.
IPv4XI brokers IPv4 address space between the organisations that hold it and the organisations that need it.
Broking IPv4 transfers since 2014, we work with buyers and sellers across the market and through the major regional Internet registries. We have completed hundreds of transfers.
A buyer may need a particular block size, region and reputation. A seller may want the highest possible return, a quick sale or a way to keep earning from unused space. Our role is to understand both sides, find the match and get the transaction completed.
A specialist IPv4 broker
The registry matters. So does the history of the address space. A block that has never been announced can command a different price from one with a long operational history. Legacy space has different characteristics again.
We work with these details every day and have experience with RIPE, ARIN, APNIC and LACNIC transfers, including inter-RIR transactions where the applicable policies allow them.
What we do
For buyers, we find address space that fits the requirement. For sellers, we assess the block and the market before approaching potential buyers. For organisations with a temporary requirement, we arrange IPv4 leases. For owners of legacy space, we provide guidance on the options available for their particular block.
A direct process
You tell us what you need or what you hold. We establish the relevant facts, discuss the market and agree how to proceed. There is no brokerage fee until a transaction closes.
When buyer and seller agree on price and terms, we open escrow and manage the documentation and registry process through completion. The buyer then has three days for final due diligence after the block reaches its account. Once that period is complete, escrow pays out.
Confidentiality matters
We handle block information on a need-to-know basis. We do not identify a client to the other side until they decide to proceed.
Our public blocks for sale page therefore shows block size only. Registry, region, history and price are discussed with buyers who are actively in the market.
The market keeps changing
Our current IPv4 prices page tracks recorded closed-sale data. It gives buyers and sellers a reference point before they commit to a price.
If you need IPv4 space, want to sell a block or are considering a lease, contact IPv4XI.
